We gave Simon a rough outline as to what we wanted, ie Glass panel, pond above ground, a segregated area for planting, best filtration possible and this is what he came up with. We are absolutely delighted with the finished project.and the high standard of workmanship to which the whole pond is finished off, and it looks fantastic at night with the underwater light on.Simon was very profesional,hard working and got the job done with the least possible disruption to ourself. We were recommended to Simfran by Selective Koi, Norfolk and were thoroughly grateful for the advice. We now know we made the right choice. Our property occupies a corner plot and when designing our pond careful considerations had to be made in regards to design and the practicalities of avoiding underlying drains and pipework. Simfran were very knowledgeable and made sure we got a pond we were happy with as well as taking into account these difficulties. We were in the process of moving home and great care had to be taken of our fish during the upheaval as well as during construction and again Simfran gave us support and advice beyond that expected. The landscaping we think is very sympathetic to our home and garden and the pond during the more pleasant weather is a true delight.
